Mumbai police installed few cutouts of cops on Mumbai streets just to discourage rash driving.
But the big question is will these drivers, who hardly care about the real police, get scared by the dummy cops?

Mumbai Police have come up with an idea to discourage rash driving.
They are planning to keep the cutouts of police along the Express-Highway
so as to make the drivers drive carefully. It's indeed a bizarre idea!
Will it work ? It may not, but surely you know that these cutout cops won't take any bribe!

Cost-cutting, Congress way!

PM has advised for austerity in order to sail through the fuel crisis and inflation.
I wonder how much these small measures by the ministries will help overcome the crisis.
