Low-cost housing in Mumbai!

Owning a home in Mumbai is not even a  dream for a middle-class family. You dream about something practical!
There's an effort to create low-cost housing for the middle-class. Recently the Maharashtra CM gave his nod for low-cost housing. Will  it help the poor or will be grabbed by the politicians and their party workers?
