You should experience the police in small towns and rural areas. In comparison to those, the Mumbai police are a better lot. Atleast we in the cities can approach the media. The hapless villagers have nowhere to go to.
I agree with vinay Mumbai Police is much better than police force of parts of country. as compared to mumbai police conduct of delhi police is pathetic.
