In a landmark judgement the Supreme Court set the govt, a four-month deadline for sanctioning the prosecution of a govt official. PMO had waited for many many months to sanction the prosecution of A Raja in the 2G case. But the govt says this court verdict isn't a setback for the UPA govt.
