'National permit' for all Indian citizens?

Are we going to witness a day when all of us need

to carry a 'national permit' to be in other parts of the nation?

May be yes, looking at all the nonsense happening around us.

Migration affects the locals, there's no doubt.

But that's the reality we have to live with, in this age of free economy.

Migration also brings in skills, business and progress.
