Anyhow, You can be happy making such cartoons but the situation is totally different, Hafiz Saeed is purely the supporter of Kashmir cause and he is the pure Islamist and he's nothing to do with the terror activities.
As to the Mumbai attacks were concerned, the same did by the RAW itself to kill the Army General who investigated the Samjhota Express incident, the terror incident done by the RAW certified Indian terrorist BAAL THAAKRAY...admit it plz...face the truth..!!
