I had to check the meaning of 'Lakh' and 'Reservation' and found two Wikipedia article. 'Lakh' is a unit of 100,000 but what does 'Reservation' mean in the context of your cartoon. Are 33% of the seats in local assemblies reserved for women? Does that make the young lady so attractive?
Please explain your cartoon.
